Vive la Fete: Shared Party Nights
December at Aviator will host a select number of inspired Vive la Fête shared party nights. Promising to be Aviator’s most elaborate celebrations to date, the shared parties begin with an elegant Champagne reception at 7pm on the ground floor.
The Champagne reception will be followed by an indulgent three course festive menu from 8pm, created by Executive Head Chef Luke Wheaton. The starter, a seasonal beetroot marinated Scottish salmon with pickled cucumber, dill mayonnaise and hot smoked salmon fish cake, the main, a traditional roast Hampshire turkey or a vegetarian option of heirloom beetroot, goat’s cheese and red wine risotto and wild herb salad, followed by baked vanilla cheesecake with English blackberries for dessert. Designed to heighten the sense of occasion, each dish will combine classic flavours with seasonal ingredients.
The party will begin after dinner at 9pm with a lobby and first floor take over in true Vive la Fête spirit, the live band, DJ, casino and entertainers combined, will set the scene for an evening of excitement and frivolity. Our resident mixologists will also be preparing some of their most decadent cocktails, as the Vive la Fête celebrations continue into the early hours.
