BRASSERIE DINING

The sophisticated Brasserie sets the scene for a luxurious evening of wining and dining. The A La Carte menu reflects the seasons and each plate arrives beautifully presented.

PRIVATE DINING

For food lovers looking for that special touch, Aviator’s two private dining rooms seek to satisfy. There’s nothing quite as luxurious as enjoying delicious food, sipping fine wine looking across a private runway or surrounded by incredible bottles of wine.

AFTERNOON TEA EXPERIENCES

At Aviator, we dare to be unique and our Afternoon Tea is no different. The selection of cakes, sweet treats, scones and rolls are created fresh each day by our Pastry team.
Choose from Contemporary or Champagne Afternoon Tea with the option to dine in a private room.
INDULGE AND UNWIND PACKAGE

It is important to stay relaxed in the lead up to your wedding day. Indulge in an Afternoon Tea experience and 50 minute treatment.
