Frequently Asked Questions
Whether you're staying, dining or having a treatment with us, we have outlined answers to questions that are sometimes asked. If you are not able to find the information you require, please do get in touch with us.
Our twin rooms are not set up in the traditional way. There are two single mattresses on top of a double divan base, so although all the bedding is separate, the beds themselves aren’t.
We are able to offer one additional bed in our studio rooms, or up to two additional beds in our suite rooms for an additional £25 per bed, per night. We also have a small number of interconnecting double rooms available.
Check-in is at 2:00pm. We are unable to guarantee early check-in, this is subject to availability on the day and our reception team will be able to advise.
Check-out is 11:00am. This can be extended until 3:00pm for an additional £50 or 5:00pm for an additional £100.
Breakfast is served between 6:30am and 10:00am on weekdays, and 7:00am and 10:30am on weekends and bank holidays.
The Dinner Inclusive menu is only available for guests staying on packages that include dinner, stay and breakfast, for example, our Tease package.
Our One Eleven, Terrace and Sky Bar outlets are all based on a walk-in service and therefore we are unable to take any reservations for these areas.
The dress code throughout the hotel and restaurants is smart casual.
Whilst we do offer a selection of treatments in our dedicated treatment rooms, we unfortunately don’t have other spa facilities or changing areas on site so do recommend that you come dressed appropriately for your treatment.
We offer treatments every week on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Yes, we allow small dogs, usually of up to 12kg, for overnight stays. The cost is £25 per night. Unfortunately, we don’t allow dogs in our bars and restaurants but they can accompany you everywhere else.
If you are unsure if you can bring your dog due to its size, please contact us.
