Valentines Tasting Menu ? For 3 evenings Executive Chef Andrew Donovan will be producing a unique Valentine?s Menu that promises a stunning selection of dishes designed to create a romantic dining experience.
A rich velvety soup precedes a fresh Carpaccio of tuna ? the ideal light starter to a meal, and followed by an indulgent risotto decadently flavoured with truffle and mascarpone. Choose between the light black sea bass, or a hearty fillet steak served Rossini style, before sharing a tempting Assiette of desserts. Showcasing Hampshire?s abundance of top seasonal produce, the menu is available on 10th, 11th and 14th February.

The Sky Bar, located on the first floor and designed to encapsulate Aviator’s interior style with secluded seating and serene lounge areas, will serve guests with classic and contemporary cocktails to the background of ambient music from 5pm on all three evenings (10th, 11th and 14th of February).

Suites can be booked for £150 with or without the Valentine’s Tasting Menu and come with complimentary WiFi, movies and music and minibar.
