On the menu – Aviator Signature Beef Burger
AVIATOR’S HEAD CHEF ADAM FARGIN TELLS US WHY HIS SIGNATURE 200G PRIME MINCE BEEF BURGER AND CHUNKY CHIPS WITH HOMEMADE KETCHUP IS A MUST ON THE NEW ONE ELEVEN MENU
To experience true burger heaven, you must try the Aviator Signature Burger. To create it, I start by adding a simple mix of seasoning, onions, garlic and cornichons to freshly ground lean beef steak sourced from our local butcher, Alf Turner. I then use a burger press during cooking to ensure each burger stays the same shape.
Every good burger needs a worthy bun so I?ve chosen brioche, as it adds sweetness to the dish and its lightness complements the bold tasting burger.
To enhance the overall flavour I dress the burger with lightly spiced, homemade ketchup and add a garnish of fresh baby gem lettuce, crisp onions and beef tomatoes, before it?s served with chunky chips.
With the new One Eleven menu having been recently developed with key influences from New Orleans, the Aviator Signature Beef Burger promises to bring you the taste of North America.
