New Dining Experience at Aviator
Launching Soon: A new, informal dining concept for guests and visitors.
Over the last few months we’ve been busy developing a new, informal dining concept at Aviator and very soon we’ll be ready to release the name, information about the concept and brilliant menu prepared by Executive Chef Luke Wheaton and his team. Below are some behind the scenes images from this week’s photo shoot, and a synopsis of what to expect.
The name, inspired by Frank Whitte the renowned British aeronautical engineer, leans on the informal style and stripped back interior of the new space.
The name – inspired by Sir Frank Whittle, the renowned British aeronautical engineer, the name leans on the informal style and stripped back interior of the new space. As a subtle nod to the historically significant land and airport Aviator proudly rests on, the name carries the discretion and quality Aviator champions for every guest experience.
The food – Executive Chef Luke Wheaton has prepared a menu to suit the informal nature of the space. Luke’s recognisable preparation style using high quality British ingredients is maintained, within a dining experience designed to create a juxtaposition to the more formal Brasserie. Dishes will include: sandwiches and salads, classic pasta dishes, thin base pizza with a variety of toppings, award winning sausages and mash, burgers, masala and Thai curry and a selection of homemade ice cream and sorbets.
