CELEBRATE THE END OF 2014 and WELCOME THE START OF 2015.
New Year?s Eve at Aviator begins with a stylish Champagne reception taking place around the Rotunda, where guests will be escorted to their private dining room to indulge in an extravagant 4 course menu. Designed specially by Head Chef Adam Fargin, using seasonal ingredients from the region, the menu introduces Adam?s signature palate cleanser, the mango sorbet with cucumber caviar and lime jelly. This refreshing dish plays with textures and contrasts with the savoury flavour of the cucumber, the sweetness of the mango and the sharpness of the lime. Following dinner the New Year?s Eve party will take place around the Rotunda and Sky Bar, where our resident mixologists will create classic and contemporary cocktails throughout the evening as the music and entertainment thrill and delight into the early hours, welcoming the New Year in, in a spectacular style.
If you prefer things a little more laid back, join us for a leisurely jazz lunch on New Year’s Day. Relax in the surroundings of our award-winning Brasserie and indulge in a special menu prepared exclusively for the start of 2015.
