Visit our award-winning Brasserie on either Easter Sunday or Monday for a traditional Easter lunch, specially prepared by our Executive Chef Luke Wheaton.
Enjoy two courses for £19 or three courses for £23 per person from our lunch menus that combine the very best seasonal and local ingredients from the Hampshire coast and surrounding South East regions. Popular dishes on the Sunday lunch menu include the Roast leg of Hampshire lamb or the Roast sirloin of Hampshire beef both with seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy or the Pan fried sea bream with new potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, olive tapenade and caper butter.
The Monday lunch menu is equally tempting with the Spring pea and mint risotto with iced wild garlic, Char-grilled pork chop with thyme infused potato cake, buttered savoy cabbage and apple jus or the Whole Lymington plaice with curried cauliflower, sea vegetables and garlic potatoes, which are just a handful of the Chef?s favourites.
Combined with a wine list compiled by expert sommelier Philippe Larue, Managing Director of L?Art du Vin, including the Albariño 2012 and the Malbec 2010, the lunch menus at Aviator are designed for leisurely social occasions with family and friends.
