To celebrate the launch of our new Winter Tasting Menu, we?re giving away a DEVOUR overnight dining experience.

Join Executive Chef Luke Wheaton for a pre-dinner glass of Champagne and a tour of the Aviator kitchen before indulging in our new seven course Winter Tasting Menu with pairing wines. Served in the Brasserie?s intimate private dining room, each course will be introduced by Luke and has been designed to heighten the sense of occasion with the combination of classic flavours and seasonal ingredients.

One of our fourth floor Sky Suite’s will provide accommodation for the evening, with checkin from 2pm.
