Served in the Brasserie?s intimate private dining room, each course will be introduced by Luke and has been designed to heighten the sense of occasion with the combination of classic flavours and seasonal ingredients.

One of our fourth floor Sky Suite’s will provide accommodation for the evening, with checkin from 2pm.
