Aviator’s Grand Buffet – the most extravagant culinary feast overlooking Farnborough Airshow.
You’ll be greeted with a glass of champagne and promptly shown to your tables, one in the Brasserie and one on the Terrace to ensure you can see the action from every angle.
Friday’s lunch buffet is comprised of two parts showcasing fresh ingredients and imaginative combinations.
The buffet begins with an array of vibrant salads, cured meats, hot savoury bites, delicate fish dishes, and even an ice cream bar. Be sure to leave room because following on from this is our decadent Afternoon Tea buffet. With scenes that resemble a French patisserie, the tempting display of cakes, pastries, scones and delicate savoury rolls promise to delight every guest.
Your booking also includes complimentary on site parking and access to the event via our private entrance (event tickets not included). Children and teens are welcome, please enquire to book these tickets.

Aviator boasts six modern meetings and events spaces as well as a separate lobby complete with bar.
Each event room offers presentation facilities, a sound system, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, stationary, still and sparkling water, flexible room layouts and a range of dining options.
Three out of the six spaces have large doors that open out on to the terrace and lawn. This means you can wine and dine your VIPs in luxury without missing out on the action. Our Sky Lounge, situated on the fourth floor, provides you with spectacular views across Farnborough Airport which is guaranteed to impress your guests.

Breakfast
Fuel your morning with an Aviator breakfast. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can enjoy a wholesome breakfast with a large range of hot and cold options for £25 per person.
We recommend booking in advance as you’ll benefit from free parking on arrival.
Breakfast is served from 6am – 9:30am, Monday – Friday.

If you would like a casual dining option which does not require a booking both One Eleven (12pm – close) and Sky Bar (8am – close) will be open. Please note these areas work on a first come first serve basis.

Dinner
Whether you’re a representative, exhibitor, host or visitor, a meal in our Brasserie is the perfect way to end a lively day. Situated on the ground floor overlooking the rear lawn, the Brasserie effortlessly provides a comfortable space to enjoy dinner on a summer’s evening.
Choose 2 or 3 courses from our set menu and let us take care of the rest.
Dinner is served from 7pm – 9:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Where can I park?
There is ample parking on site both in the main car park and on the lawn.
At the entrance of the hotel you’ll be met by a member of our team who will direct you to available parking.
Is parking free?
If you have a reservation with us, either for a room or a table, parking is complimentary.
If you do not have a reservation you will be charged £35 for a car/motorbike and £50 for any other vehicle on arrival. This fee can be used as credit in any of our food and beverage outlets. Please show your parking receipt to your server and they will amend your bill as required.
If I don't want to dine in Brasserie, is there another option?
Yes, there are 3 alternative dining options to Brasserie.
One Eleven, our relaxed American-inspired dining concept, will be open everyday from 12pm – close. No booking is required.
Sky Bar, situated on the first floor, will be open everyday from 8am – close with various dining options. No booking is required.
Afternoon Tea will be served everyday from 2pm – 5pm. Booking is required at least one day prior to arrival.
I am dining in Brasserie in a group of 10+, do I need to pre-order my food?
Yes, if you are in a group of 10 guests or more you will need to provide a pre-order for your meal in Brasserie.
Are you still serving Afternoon Tea during Airshow?
Yes, you can still book for Afternoon Tea during the week of Airshow during the usual times.
Do I need a table booking?
Table bookings for Brasserie are always advised but not mandatory. If you choose not to making a booking, we cannot guarantee availability.
Both One Eleven and Sky Bar operate on a first come first serve basis so there is no need to make a booking.
If you would like Afternoon Tea, please ensure you book prior to the day of arrival.
What happens if I need to cancel a booking?
Some bookings are pre-paid and non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances. These will be assessed on a case by case basis.
If you are unsure and need to make a cancellation please contact our Reservations team and they will be glad to assist.
Can I bring my child?
Yes, children of all ages are welcomed at Aviator.
For hospitality lunches in the Brasserie from Monday – Friday, please contact Reservations for alternative costing. Anyone over the age of 17 will be required to pay for an adult place.
