Aviator brings you an exclusive 6 course dining experience in partnership with Del Maguey. Savour the bespoke Mexican menu and Mezcal pairings.
Hand-crafted by individual Zapotec and Mixtec farmer-families, Del Maguey introduced artisanal mezcal to the world in 1995 and celebrates the traditions of ancestral villages that give each unique expression its own rich, sweet and smoky character.
Mezcal can be crafted from various agave species, including the coyote agave, each contributing its own unique notes to the final spirit.
This event will be hosted by Aviator’s Food and Beverage Director, Fabrizio Braga, and Del Maguey agave ambassador, Simon Hodgson, in Aviator’s Cody room.
