On the menu – One Eleven
Following our recent communication where we talked about a new dining experience we?d been working on over the past few months, we?re now pleased to say – One Eleven is officially open for business!
Located on the ground floor, One Eleven is Aviator?s newest all-day informal dining concept serving a wholesome British menu specially curated by Executive Chef Luke Wheaton.
Inspired by Sir Frank Whittle, renowned British aeronautical engineer, inventor of the turbojet engine and member of the RAF Squadron No. 111, the name ?One Eleven? also leans on the stripped back interior and informal style of the new space.
The inspiration behind One Eleven came from wanting to offer guests and visitors a casual dining alternative to the more formal Brasserie through a menu that provides a large choice of honest and simple food.
My objective for One Eleven was to provide our guests with a more casual all-day food and drink option but one where we did not have to compromise on quality

Luke’s recognisable preparation and style using high quality and familiar British ingredients is maintained, through a menu of delicious dishes including sandwiches, salads, pastas, pizzas, burgers and curries. The menu also includes award-winning sausages sourced from local family butcher A Turner & Sons, which are served with mashed potato, vegetables and gravy.
