Aviator?s hedonistic Vive la Fête season launches on 9th December, with the first of its lavish party nights marking the start of the Christmas countdown.
Promising to be Aviator?s most elaborate celebrations to date, Vive la Fête features a series of 5 flamboyant party nights throughout December, inspired by the French term Vive la Fête meaning ?long live the party?, and culminating in Vive la Fête ? La Finale, an extravagant New Year?s Eve celebration.

Vive la Fête
In true Aviator style, each event will commence with a Veuve Clicquot Champagne reception before guests can enjoy Executive Chef Andrew Donovan?s Christmas menu, a combination of traditional favourites and contemporary creations designed to heighten the sense of occasion, and served in shared or private dining style.
A variety of entertainment will combine to create the ultimate festive celebration, and will be taking place throughout the evening, raising the party atmosphere in true Vive la Fête spirit. Table magicians and performers will begin the evening, before the DJ creates a lively atmosphere for a carnival of performers to entertain guests. La Finale will be the pinnacle of the month?s celebrations, welcoming the New Year in spectacular style, and no evening would be complete without our bar team preparing some of their most renowned and decadent cocktails.
