Gouguenheim's vineyards are cultivated at an altitude of more than 3,600 feet above sea level, one of the highest estates in Mendoza. In a desert climate region, they use melt water from the Andes Mountains carried by irrigation channels, through alluvial soils.
All these elements alongside a vast temperature difference between day and night, allow the fruit ripening and concentration, which come together with the expertise and knowledge of their team to define the wines and consistently produce top-quality wines year after year.
Aviator is bringing a slice of South America to Hampshire where you'll not only be able to try a range of Gouguenheim wines, but also immerse yourself in the flavours of Argentina in one of our private dining rooms.
Dinner will be hosted by Aviator's Food and Beverage Director and a Gouguenheim Winery expert, designed to provide you with a unique evening filled with specialist knowledge.

FAQs
Can you cater to dietaries / vegan / vegetarians? Unfortunately dietaries (e.g. vegan) cannot be catered for as this is a one off event with dishes specifically designed to add to the experience of the dinner.
Can you cater for allergies? Yes, allergies can be catered for with advanced notice. Once you have booked your place, please email reservations@aviatorhampshire.com and detail your allergies.
What time does the dinner start? Please arrive at 6:30pm for a welcome drink and introduction. We will sit down for dinner at 7:00pm.
Where will we be dining? The evening will be hosted in one of Aviator's private dining spaces.
