This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to work in a luxury hotel environment and has previous experience interacting with guests. As a Receptionist in our unique independent hotel you will ensure that all guests receive a tailored and warm welcome in line with the brand experience. In this role you will be responsible for all reception duties including guest check in and check out. This is a full time role and involves shift work including evenings and weekends. With this role, there is the opportunity to increase your earnings through an upselling incentive programme. The successful applicant will be confident and personable with a natural ability to build rapport with our guests. You will always be immaculately presented and deliver genuine hospitality. Previous hotel reception experience is preferable.

Food & Beverage Controller

This role will involve working over 4 days, with 5 hour shifts each day.

The duties will include the following:

 

Ensuring the cellar area and back of house areas are always set and presented to hotel standards

Ensure all Purchase Orders are raised on time

Input deliveries and invoices on to the stock management system

Maintain a healthy and positive relationship with the accounts team

Be responsible for and oversee the Beverage Stocktaking Process at intervals determined by the food and beverage Director and the production of reports following this process

Ensure that Wastage/Transfer Forms are received on a daily basis from each department

Communicate any shortages, slow moving items to food and beverage managers

Maintain good relations with suppliers

 

The successful applicant will be organised and trustworthy and will come from a Food & Beverage background.

Bartender

As a Bartender in our Brasserie, you will work with the team to ensure all diners receive quick and efficient drinks service.
You will serve a variety of beverages including wine, coffee and cocktails.
You will work with an organised approach whilst operating a smooth pace of service. Key to this role is effective communication and a charismatic and personable nature. You will be a team player who loves working alongside others and can also work alone and think on their feet.
