Food & Beverage Controller

This role will involve working over 4 days, with 5 hour shifts each day.

The duties will include the following:

 

Ensuring the cellar area and back of house areas are always set and presented to hotel standards

Ensure all Purchase Orders are raised on time

Input deliveries and invoices on to the stock management system

Maintain a healthy and positive relationship with the accounts team

Be responsible for and oversee the Beverage Stocktaking Process at intervals determined by the food and beverage Director and the production of reports following this process

Ensure that Wastage/Transfer Forms are received on a daily basis from each department

Communicate any shortages, slow moving items to food and beverage managers

Maintain good relations with suppliers

 

The successful applicant will be organised and trustworthy and will come from a Food & Beverage background.

Brasserie

Bartender

As a Bartender in our Brasserie, you will work with the team to ensure all diners receive quick and efficient drinks service.
You will serve a variety of beverages including wine, coffee and cocktails.
You will work with an organised approach whilst operating a smooth pace of service. Key to this role is effective communication and a charismatic and personable nature. You will be a team player who loves working alongside others and can also work alone and think on their feet.

Food and Beverage Assistant

As the face of Food & Beverage at Aviator, you will be responsible for building up a genuine rapport with our guests whilst ensuring their whole journey in the department is seamless. Sous Chef

In your role as Sous Chef you will report to our Executive Chef and manage a large brigade of chefs. You will ensure that every aspect of food delivery reflects the exceptional standards in all other areas at Aviator, as well as completing all necessary paperwork associated with maintaining the excellent hygiene and safety standards in our kitchen.

This role would be suited to an experienced Junior Sous or Sous Chef looking for their next challenge in a unique environment. An ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with an infectious passion for cooking is essential.

We are looking for a dedicated Chef De Partie to join our skilful kitchen brigade.

To be a successful candidate we require the following:

•A passion for high quality food and the desire to develop in a 2 AA Rosette kitchen environment.
•Previous experience working in a similar level professional kitchen.
•Commitment to hard work and a desire to progress through the ranks.
