Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive hospitality focused supervisor to join our 2 AA Rosette Brasserie team.
Aviator is a luxury 4 Red Star hotel and home to our Brasserie which hosts breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
As Supervisor, you will assist with the smooth operation of the Brasserie ensuring that all guests receive the exceptional service that we are so well known for.
You will lead team briefings and oversee the team on service whilst leading by example. The training and development of new team members will also be a key focus in your role.

Food and Beverage Assistant

As the face of Food & Beverage at Aviator, you will be responsible for building up a genuine rapport with our guests whilst ensuring their whole journey in the department is seamless. In this role, you will be responsible for completing some basic administration tasks, including reservations, table plans and guest preferences.

•Someone who can work a minimum of 20 hours per week including weekends and evenings

Bartender

This role is based in our two AA Rosette Brasserie and involves maintaining the cleanliness and stock levels of our bar whilst preparing drinks in an efficient manner during breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Suitable candidates will be well presented, organised and highly personable with good communication skills.

Bartender

As a Bartender in our destination Sky Bar, you will build genuine rapport with our guests whilst ensuring their whole journey in the department is seamless. In this role, you will focus on the bar service which includes creating some fantastic cocktails.

 

You will be a welcoming face to all guests whilst operating a smooth pace of service. Key to this role is effective communication and a charismatic and personable nature. You will be a team player who loves working alongside others and can also work alone and think on their feet.
