Bivrost is the northernmost distillery in the world, creating a range of premium alcohol products at their Artic Norway site such as whisky, vodka and gin.
Bivrost is considered to be the Viking word for describing the Northern Lights. They thought it was a magical bridge between earth and heaven.
Aviator is bringing a slice of Norway to Hampshire where you'll not only be able to try a range of Bivrost products but also enjoy 7 courses inspired by the Viking heritage in one of our private dining rooms.
Dinner will be hosted by Aviator's Food and Beverage Director, our brand supplier, and a master distiller, designed to provide you with a unique evening filled with specialist knowledge.

FAQs
Can you cater to dietaries / vegan / vegetarians? Unfortunately dietaries (e.g. vegan) cannot be catered for as this is a one off event with dishes specifically designed to add to the experience of the dinner.
Can you cater for allergies? Yes, allergies can be catered for with advanced notice. Once you have booked your place, please email reservations@aviatorhampshire.com and detail your allergies.
What time does the dinner start? Please arrive at 6:30pm for a welcome drink and introduction. We will sit down for dinner at 7:00pm.
Where will we be dining? The evening will be hosted in one of Aviator's private dining spaces.
What is the dress code? Smart casual.
